How many devices can I use?

Each subscription is $100 per device per month. If your shop needs multiple tablets, you'll need one subscription per device. All devices sync to the same cloud database for your shop.

What printers are supported?

TireInspector supports Bluetooth thermal label printers from Zebra and Brother. We recommend the Zebra ZQ320 or Brother QL-820NWB for best results. Contact us for specific model compatibility.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade security with row-level access control, ensuring each shop can only access their own data. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 compliant.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

TireInspector works fully offline. Continue inspecting, printing labels, and tracking tires without internet. Your data syncs automatically when connectivity returns. You'll never lose work.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If TireInspector isn't right for your shop, cancel from your dashboard with one click. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer training or support?

Yes. Every pilot customer receives personalized onboarding and training. We also provide email support with typical response times under 4 hours. Our goal is to make your team productive on day one.

Will pricing change after the pilot?

Pilot customers are locked into $100/month pricing for the first year. We may introduce additional tiers in the future for larger shops or enterprise features, but your rate won't change.
